Adorna Boutique- Delivery Policy 

Adorna Boutique aims to provide all its customers with the best delivery service available. We use Royal Mail for all of our UK orders.

UK Delivery Options

All UK customers have 2 delivery delivery options -
Standard delivery and Special next day delivery.

Standard Delivery UK - £4.00

All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, and orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.  Please allow extra time during busy seasons. 
Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 24/48 hours. 
All orders will be sent Second Class Signed for Delivery. 

Special Next Day Delivery UK - £8.00

If you require Special Next Day Delivery, please select this at checkout. 
All next day deliveries place before 10am are guaranteed before 5pm the next day. Next day orders placed after 10am will be be dispatched the following day. All Next Day Delivery orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered before 5pm on Tuesday.
You can also track your order, if you would like a tracking number please e-mail us direct and we will supply you with your tracking number. 

Jewellery/Earrings ordered only UK - £2.50

All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, and orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.  Please allow extra time during busy seasons. Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 24/48hours. All orders will be sent Second Class Signed for Delivery. 

Free  Delivery 
You may be eligible for free delivery within 2-5 working days. Please select this option at the checkout and to see if you are eligible. 

RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside of the 14 day return period.

All of the products on Adorna Boutique website are excellent quality brands and I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase. I also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard. 

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please state on your RETURNS SHEET, which is included in your delivery, that you would like either a size/colour exchange or a refund, and please return it to the returns address.
